A big welcome to our intern from Italy
Kindred Community Farm Sanctuary is excited to welcome our intern from Italy, Paola Frigeni to Canada and our farm family.
Paola brings a journey of healing, connection and culture to our farm offerings.
We are pleased to have Paola join our Kindred team, as she shares her talent and gift of being a holistic practitioner with us for the next few months.
Her presence brings a wealth of spiritual wisdom, healing energy, and heart-centered guidance to our land and community.
Paola is a Sound Healer specializing in Crystalline Sound Vibrations using Crystal Bowls, a Usui Holy Fire & Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, a Meditation Instructor, and a Crystal Therapist for both humans and animals. Her work is rooted in the deep connection to nature and her deep appreciation and understanding of the healing that takes place when we combine the rhythms of nature, sound, and spirit.
Paola is also the creator of Meditate through Rhythmic Nordic Walking and an expert in Quantum Bioenergetic Techniques. She is a Vipole representative and is bringing the brand to Canada for the first time.
During her time with us, Paola will share her talents with our children’s programs and cultural activities, bringing her unique blend of experience to support emotional growth, mindfulness, and connection in young hearts.
Paola will be offering healing sessions and workshops for the broader Kindred community—opportunities to experience her integrative approach that honours the connection between humans, animals, and nature.
One of the many things that makes Paola’s work so special is her ability to help others find their own capacity for healing. Whether through meditative time with horses, sound journeys, or energy work, her offerings gently guide people back to themselves and to the natural harmony that exists around us.
